Do my tenants need to install anything?+
No. Tenants receive invoices, reminders and receipts on WhatsApp — nothing to download, nothing to learn. Only your team uses the app.
We collect a lot of rent in cash. Does that work?+
Yes — cash, bank and offline M-Pesa are first-class. Record the payment in seconds and attach a photo of the slip or SMS as evidence. The receipt still goes out automatically.
What happens when my trial ends?+
You get a 7-day grace period, then access pauses until you pay — nothing is ever deleted, and reactivating restores everything instantly. Pay by card or M-Pesa.
Is my data safe? Can other agencies see it?+
Every organisation’s data is isolated at the database level and encrypted in transit. Your team sees only what their role allows. You can export everything, any time.
Are the e-signatures legal in Kenya?+
